Data Collection
Bareframe does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. Period.
Photo Access
The app requests access to your photo library solely to display and manage your photos and videos on your device. All photo operations are performed locally using Apple's PhotoKit framework. Your photos never leave your device through this app.
iCloud Integration
If you use iCloud Photos, any favorites or albums you create in Bareframe will sync through Apple's iCloud service, just like they would in the native Photos app. This synchronization is handled entirely by Apple's systems, not by Bareframe.
No Analytics or Tracking
We do not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party frameworks that collect usage data. We don't know how you use the app, and we like it that way.
No Account Required
Bareframe does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information.
Open Source
Bareframe's source code is available for review. You can verify our privacy claims by examining the code yourself.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update this page and the "Last Updated" date above. Given that we don't collect any data, we don't anticipate major changes.
